Are 12 Inch Dual Subs Worth The Money?

My 12 inch Dual subs have been treating me great. I bought these subs a couple of months ago and they are still pushing the bass levels real heavy. I would advice anyone that is somewhat thinking of buying these subs to do so and not think twice.

When I started my journey a couple of months ago to find the best deal for my dollar on a car system, I made the choice to swipe my visa on the Dual subs, amplifier, and enclosure. I am totally new to car audio, so I didn’t know where to even start.

Best Buy gave me the chance to play the subs in the store while I listened to their sound levels. The employee there informed that the bass would sound a little bit different in a car than in a huge open spaced store, but it was somewhat close I think. In my mind, you cant really beat “hearing the actual system before you buy it.”

I’m real happy with my Dual system and love showing it off to others. I think it sounds so well because all of the components are Dual and designed to work with each other. I have a couple of friends that somewhat tried to copy me and went out and bought the same system, but it doesn’t sound as good.

I advise that if you are going to buy a Dual system, to buy all of the Dual components together. I have heard Dual subs in sealed boxes, and it sounds like a world of difference. So there you have it, my car system review on my Dual system.
